Project Coordination/Management

• The ability to understand and project coordinate with more than 13 corporate entities, ranging from Finance to Intranet Services

• Management and creation of overall procedures and standards for (development, interface of graphics, documents, printing, bindery and packaging)

• Ability to manage and direct in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating schedules

Customer and Vendor Relations

• Negotiating and communicating with business partners and customers from different cultures, collaborating within and outside the United States

• Coordination, negotiation and scheduling of vendors within and outside the United States to produce and agree on costs for final book printing and packaging of proposals, presentations and Marketing collateral

Budgeting

• Managed and tracked budgets of up to $90,000 for large proposals: book publishing, oversized cartography maps, packaging and delivery, various presentations, and reports

• Report out in meetings on planned versus actuals on budgets

• Conflict resolution when budgets are in jeopardy

• Negotiate and communicate with functional department leads and Directors to meet the appropriate quality needs of the projects, working toward cost savings
