A ten-year stint with
AirTouch International gave Susan the opportunity to utilize the full
range of her skills and resourcefulness. As a project manager responsible
for producing overseas cellular licensing proposals, Susan consistently
overcame barriers of technology, language and culture to deliver proposals
destined for high-level officials. In locations from Brazil to Switzerland
and Portugal to Korea, Susan continually meeting demanding deadlines.
Working for
Vodafone AirTouch on U.S.-based projects, Susan was responsible for a
full spectrum of visual media products including web graphics, marketing
collateral, presentations and proposals. Her skills include experience
in tracking, budgeting, negotiating, managing a team and meeting deadlines.
Susan's philosophy
continues to be that good customer service is dependent on the basics
- understanding the customer's needs, asking the right questions and following
through to completion. Experience has taught her that the best work is
generated by teams that are a blend of creative minds and strong leadership.

My responsibilities
included production management and art direction, on headers and buttons
for internal web sites. The customer later commented, "The project was on
a very tight schedule and the group came up with a beautiful design in no
time whatsoever. I was impressed with the first draft and so little discussion
was needed. Excellent!"
